He described the difference between soul and spirit and much more. July 4th Gail Mears, substance abuse counselor and educator, started off the show discussing prevalence of substance abuse in Vermont, barriers to recovery, and resources and tools to assist with recovery. Sandy Morningstar, body-centered therapist, followed that discussion by talking about the relationship between personality and substance use and how to heal.
Vermont is in the top six states with the greatest use of alcohol and pot.
